In this competitive era, everyone wants to lead the race. SSC CGL i.e. combined graduate level exam conducted by Staff selection commission is considered to be a tough row to hoe.

This exam is conducted for the post of Assistants in Ministries/Departments, Attached and Subordinate office of the Govt. of India, Tax Assistant in CBEC and CBDT, Junior Accountant / Accountant, Auditor Offices under CGA, CGDA, C&AG etc, Compiler in Registrar General of India, Divisional Accountant, Jr. Accountant, Auditor & UDCs in government offices, Assistant Enforcement Officer in DoE & Department of Revenue, Sub-Inspectors in CBI &Central Bureau of Narcotics, Examiner or Preventive Officers in Customs, IT or custom inspector

Eligibility -

1. Citizen of India
2. Bachelors degree in relevant discipline from recognized university/college.
Note- Educational Qualification Eligibility may vary according to the posts.

Age limit

According to the new schedule issued by SSC, the age varies from post to post. The minimum and maximum age limit for SSC CGL is 27 years and 32 years.

General Awareness, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning.

Tier II

MCQ questions containing problems from English Language and Comprehension, Quantitative Aptitude, General Studies, Statistics.

Tier III

Type of exam- Descriptive, Essay Type

Available in Language- English and Hindi

Mode- Offline/ pen paper

Time- 60 minutes

Marks- 100 marks

Post- Statistical Investigator Grade II & Compiler.

Tier IV

Post- Tax Assistant CSS, MEA, Inspector (Central Excise), Inspector (Preventive Officer), Inspector (Examiner).
